<p>What tools would you carry with you on a MTB ride? I currently carry the following:</p>

<li>Multitool</li>
<li>Spare tyre</li>
<li>Tyre levers</li>
<li>Puncture repair patches</li>
<li>Tubeless tyre repair set</li>
<li>CO2 'bomb' and adapter</li>
</ul>

If it is somewhere remote and could become a day night ride, all of the above and lights.</p>
<p>If you are going on a ride at, lets say <a href="http://www.northernfarm.co.za/bikers.html" rel="nofollow">Northern Farm</a> or <a href="http://www.teakplace.co.za/" rel="nofollow">Teak Place</a>, just the usual patch kit, pump and bombs, tyre levers, multitool, and a cable tie or two.</p>
<p>Being South African I would assume that your cell phone will be with you by default ;-)</p>
