Well it depends on the ride. If it is somewhere remote and could become a day night ride, all of the above and lights.

If you are going on a ride at, lets say Northern Farm or Teak Place, just the usual patch kit, pump and bombs, tyre levers, multitool, and a cable tie or two.

Being South African I would assume that your cell phone will be with you by default ;-)
